Description

Work includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to improve the local sidewalks within the Lynnsway Subdivision in the Town of Cedar Lake as follows: Rehabilitation and reconstruction of existing concrete sidewalks and curb ramps including, concrete sidewalk removal, curb and gutter removal, HMA surface patching, curb and gutter placement, placement of concrete sidewalks and curb ramps, installation of detectable warning elements, adjusting castings to grade, and maintaining traffic and homeowner access within the Lynnsway Subdivision.
