Description | For the painting of the Ross House Eaves and the exterior of the Gardner House The Ross house and the Gardner house are both located on the campus of the Dearborn Historical Museum at 915 Brady Street. The Ross house is a red brick structure with wooden eaves and dormers largely built in the 1920s. These eaves were last painted in 1996. The Gardner house is a historic wooden structure with clapboard siding, last painted 15 years ago. Both buildings are historic structures, so lead paint layers are present and workers must work lead-safe per Michigan guidelines. This painting is to be done as soon as notice to proceed has been given, and completed in a timely manner |
