Aggregate Limestone 2023

Furnish 3200 Tons #8 Limestone, 9,200 Tons #67 Limestone, 2200 Tons #411 Limestone, and 3500 Tons of #304 Limestone for Use on County Highways for the Ashtabula County Engineer's Department in Accordance With the Specifications on File in the Engineer's Office on Quotation #308. Each bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting a bid and shall be accompanied by a bond or a certified check, cashiers check or money order drawn on a solvent bank or savings and loan association in the amount of 5% of the total bid as security that if a bid is accepted delivery is assured. Bidders are advised that HB 308 rules apply. Contractors or suppliers shall furnish MSDS sheets for any hazardous substance brought onto county property or a county job site. Each bid must be in a sealed envelope and the outside thereof properly marked with the Quotation Number, Date and Time of the bid opening The Notice to Bidders and/or the specifications may be obtained via the internet at www.co.ashtabula.oh.us/bids The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all bids.
