Bridge rehabilitation and replacement including epoxy overlay, shallow overlay, joint replacement, partial and full depth deck patching, partial painting, repair, railing and sidewalk replacement, structural steel repairs, bearing replacement, pin and hanger replacement, joint repair, crack injection, silane treatment, substructure painting, concrete surface coating, approach repair, bridge replacement and approach reconstruction along US-23 in the city of Milan, Washtenaw and Monroe County. This project includes a 5 year HMA material and workmanship pavement warranty, a 5 year material and workmanship warranty on concrete pavement, a 5 year performance thin epoxy polymer bridge deck warranty and a 2 year warranty on concrete surface coating. Net classification required for this project is 15721 Fa In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes a subclassification of Ea. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in this subclassification it must use a prequalified subcontractor.
