Roof is to be hurricane hardened. Peel & stick underlayment is to be utilized. Install straps or clips, photos & paperwork to homeowner and city for insurance wind mitigation discount. Owner's choice of color. 2 Ceilings – Patch & paint damaged ceiling in Kitchen. 3 Paint – Scrape, clean and prep as needed. Prime & paint all walls, soffit & fascia. Include all T-111 plywood & wood replacement needed. Paint color to be close to existing. 4 Permits - Price to permits only. Hauling & miscellaneous fees to be included in each line-item price.
