Description

Providing professional Architectural and or Engineering services for the project referenced above. The project scope will involve the design, bid and construction for New Heated Truck Storage Building, SD Department of Transportation, Madison, SD. Heated Truck Storage Building shall be a 2 bay 60’ X 80’ insulated pre-engineered steel building. Building shall incorporate insulated steel sidewall and roof panels. Include concrete floor slab sloped to drain to the floor trench drains. Proposed building shall incorporate three insulated steel overhead doors along with insulated steel walk doors and windows as designed by owner. Heating system shall consist of infrared tube or forced air unit heaters. The project budget is $700,000.00, but be advised that this number is subject to change. Construction is anticipated to occur starting Fall 2021 with completion Fall of 2022.
