| Description | The project consists of the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation work required for the construction and installation of improvements to the existing public water supply system serving Hog Island Water Association-South End community. Due to the specialized nature of certain portions of the work, bidders may submit a bid for all, or a selected portion, of the work, as delineated in the specific line items in the Bid Form. No bids may be withdrawn for forty five (45) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Owner and Project Manager reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and waive any informalities in the bidding and to accept that Proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Owner. |
