Alternate #1: The contractor is to include the work shown on DWG's MST-25 through MST-29 Alternate #2: The contractor is to include the work shown on DWG's MST-30 through MST-33 Alternate #3: The contractor is to include the work shown on DWG MST-34 The award will be based on the following: - The price of Base Bid plus Alternate #1 plus Alternate #2 plus Alternate #3 will be used to determine the low bidder; however, - If the total price for the Base Bid plus Alternate #1 plus Alternate #2 plus Alternate #3 exceeds the total budgeted amount, then the Base Bid plus Alternate #1 plus Alternate #2 will be used to determine the low bidder and will be the basis of award; however, - If the total price for the Base Bid plus Alternate #1 plus Alternate #2 exceeds the total budgeted amount, then the Base Bid plus Alternate #1 will be used to determine the low bidder and will be the basis of award; however, - If the total price for the Base Bid plus Alternate #1 exceeds the total budgeted amount, then the Base Bid will be used to determine the low bidder and will be the basis of award.
