Description | Every General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for the category of work listed below and for no less than the bid price plus all add alternates of this project, if applicable. This notice is for four contracts bid in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 49 of the Acts of 2011, as amended by Chapter 119, Sections 23 and 24 of the Acts of 2015, by Chapter 113, Sections 22 through 24 of the Acts of 2018 and by Section 63 of Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2022 (collectively, the "Act"). The Category of Work is: General Building Construction Job Order Contract for General Contractor Services, Eastern MA Region Job Order projects under this Contract may include alteration, conversion, maintenance, and/or repair (as defined in the Contract Documents) of state buildings and facilities located in the following counties: Barnstable County, Bristol County, Dukes County, Essex County, Middlesex County, Nantucket County, Norfolk County, Plymouth County, Suffolk County. All municipalities within each county are included. Each Job Order project will have an estimated cost of construction of not more than $150,000. Total of all Job Orders performed by a Contractor under an awarded Contract may not exceed $2,000,000 subject to terms of the Contract Documents. Job Orders will be priced based on Bidder's Contractor's Coefficient(s) multiplied by applicable Unit Prices in the Contract Documents. Contract term is two years with three one-year options to renew. Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards.
