Bermuda Sod Removal, Delivery, and Installation for Various County Parks

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, fuel and other incidental costs and supervision necessary for a contractor to cut and properly remove and dispose of damaged turfgrass on athletic fields, provide suitable leveling material (topsoil) as necessary to provide an adequate finish grade, and install new Tifway 419 Bermuda grass sod at various Lake County Parks. Specific areas to be replaced will be at the direction of Lake County Office of Parks & Trails’ staff. There is no guarantee of any minimum value, quantity or frequency of work under the awarded contract. The County is requesting that a response to requested work is received within 48 hours and all work to be completed within 14 days of response date. All work and equipment shall be in strict compliance with the latest codes, standards and practices.
