Description

Project scope consist of the repair of the HVAC system, to include installation of high-efficiency Gas Heat Pump (GHP) system, Energy Recovery Units (ERU), Exterior Insulated Finish System (EIFS), replacement of the existing light fixtures with new LED fixtures, installation of a mass notification system and repair of the building automation control system (BACS) serving BLDG 34 and BLDG 39.
