Description

Work included under this contract consists of the following road work at Forest District #5, Rothrock State Forest, at Diamond Valley Road: Grinding and pulverizing of roadway and placement of 3” PennDOT 2A aggregate onto the newly pulverized roadway, followed by grading the road. Bituminous paving of 25 mm Superpave HMA Base Course, and 9.5 mm Superpave HMA Wearing Course, and shoulder backup; new and replacement of culverts, 15” diameter HDPE, double wall pipe; install 6” underdrain, slotted pipe; and install all weathering steel guiderail.
