Description

Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, to provide construction plans for the extension of Anthony F. Sansone Jr. Boulevard and an East/West roadway connection to Village Parkway (Project). The Project shall consist of approximately 6,600 linear feet of roadway, including potable water distribution, wastewater collection, stormwater management, landscaping, and irrigation. The Project is located north of the Paar Drive right-of-way within the Legacy Park at Tradition Center for Commerce. The roadway is comprised of two (2) segments and are described as follows. 1. Anthony F. Sansone Jr. Boulevard - roadway extension north from Paar Drive right-of-way approximately 5,000 linear feet to Marshall Parkway. 2. E/W Roadway - approximately 1,600 linear feet of roadway from about the midpoint of the proposed Anthony F. Sansone Jr. Boulevard extension to connect with Village Parkway.
