2022 Pipe Culvert and Storm Drain Rehabilitation

This project consists of the cured-in-place pipe lining rehabilitation of pipe culverts and storm drain segments at various locations throughout the County; and all additional and incidental work as indicated in the Specifications and/or the Special Provisions contained within this Invitation for Bids. The project, located at various sites throughout Carroll County, includes the cured-in-place pipe lining rehabilitation of pipe culverts and storm drain segments on the roadways Arsell Lane, Ebert Road, Ellen Drive, French Avenue, Gahle Road, Gorsuch Road, Hawks Hill Road, Hoff Road, Lynn Way, Marble Quarry Road, Margaret Avenue, Mayberry Road, McKinstry Mill Road, McMullen Road, Old New Windsor Road, Stem Road, and Stone Avenue Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. The bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the project. The pre-qualification application forms shall be submitted to the Bureau of Engineering a minimum of fifteen (15) days in advance of the bid opening.
