Description The project includes the reconstruction of Bethany Road from the Holmdel border to NJSH Route 35 and the full length of Lynn Boulevard. The project includes the removal and replacement of concrete curbing, sidewalks and driveway aprons where necessary, reconstruction of existing inlets, mill and overlay of the existing roadway surface with HMA base repair where needed, traffic striping and associated restoration work.
