Description

The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code 49.273) Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 111 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid.
