Concrete Sidewalk Replacement: Replace the cracked/pitted walkway from the rear entry stoop, to the alley fence gate. The approximate area of concrete replacement is 163 square feet. (field verify) Ridge Venting: Install a continuous ridge vent along the length of the roof. Install roof vents above each attic crawl space, set as high as possible on the slope. Patch all roof work with matching manufacturer, color matched shingles. (Note: Code requirement is 1 square foot of vent opening, for 150 square feet of attic area. 50% of vent area shall be in the soffits, and 50% through the roof.) Soffit Venting Work: Remove the car siding soffits. For ALL rafter spaces; Remove obstructions (blocking, foam, insulation, etc.) between roof deck and the attic floor, so that soffit ventilation air has a 2" space to flow from the soffit, into the attic. Install venting soffit panels, or new soffits and venting grilles, sized per code
