RFQ Construction Manager at Risk - Court Services Support Building

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: January 8, 2023 The project is generally described as construction of Court Services Support Building. The size of the building will be approximately 28,000 square foot; and two stories. The proposed location for the new Court Services Building is at the intersection of SW 4th Avenue and SW 2nd Street. Construction will include all necessary site improvements and address staff and public parking. Some modifications to the storm water infrastructure are anticipated. The services requested, herein, are for Construction Manager at Risk the construction of a new Court Services Support Building. The contract shall be effective for the period beginning with the date of executed contract and continuing through completion of work. Alachua County has adopted a 15% participation goal and policies which encourage participation of Small Business Enterprises (SBE) in the provision goods, services and construction.
