50/50 Sidewalk Replacment Program

The 50/50 Sidewalk Replacement Program is a voluntary participation program through a partnership between the City of Flint and Flint residents where each partner pays 50% of the total cost to replace concrete sidewalks. All residential property owners are eligible to participate in the program. Custom sidewalks (i.e. granite, colored, custom designs, etc.) are not eligible for repair through the 50/50 Sidewalk Replacement Program.
