Project number - 7085.21, 3210275, 22-1550-12918 Description: PK-5; 98,400sf; 2949 SH 35 Business W (Start Date: 2/14/23 Completion Date: 5/10/24) New Pre-Kindergarten - 5th Grade Campus at approximately 98,400 square feet. The site consists of drop-off area for both parents and buses, as well as student parking and outdoor playgrounds. The new school will have two story academic areas with each area having instructional studios for general classrooms. Each core area shall include a centralized 'hub" area, toilets, and ancillary areas. Special program areas shall consist of a flex areas. Site Improvements include multiple aluminum walkways, multiple concrete parking lots, fencing, hardscape and utilities. Project includes all scopes required for all sitework, building components, and systems defined by the project plans. FINE ARTS RENOVATION; 33,300sf; I-35 & Hornet Road (Start Date: 5/15/23 Completion Date: 9/1/23) The fine arts renovation will consist of new miscellaneous exterior repairs and deferred maintenance. Work will include replacement of sealant, roofs and gutters, sealing of exterior masonry, replacement of door hardware to meet ADA and adding access controls for security as well as painting of exterior doors, replacement of student entry storefront, new building signage and new lenses and lighting. The interior renovations of the project will consist of miscellaneous repairs, upgrades and deferred maintenance. Work will include replacement of door hardware to meet ADA, upgrade of lighting fixtures, adding instrument storage in the band hall, new millwork in the drama and band offices, new lighting fixtures and sound system in the auditorium and adding floor tile to the corridors. The restrooms within the building will be brought up to ADA/TAS requirements which will consist of remodeling of restroom spaces to increase clearances around toilets and lavatories and to allow for accommodating people with disabilities. STADIUM RENOVATION; 3,300sf ; I-35 & Henderson Avenue (Start Date: 12/1/23 Completion Date: 8/1/24) The Football Stadium Renovation will consist of New Pressbox for stadium (prefab) with bleachers. New bleachers on west side for Home Football stands are to accommodate 2500 seats. Additionally a new Concession/Toilet building is to be installed along with additional sidewalk and fencing. **All proposals received prior to August 24, 2022 must be delivered in a sealed envelope with the following clearly marked on the outside in RED ink, "To remain sealed until opened by DCCI on January 18, 2023
