Furnish and delivery to Hazle Township Garage, bulk purchase of 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel, more or less. 4. Furnish and delivery at or near the Hazle Township vicinity by means of an unattended twenty-four (24) hour automated fueling facility utilizing vehicular cards and driver access cards, of 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel, more or less. 5. 1,000 tons, more or less of anti-skid material. 6.
