The building is three stories high with approximate total of 17,050 SF of low slope roofing sections at the first, second and third levels and with an approximate total of 18,110 SF (slope area) of Spanish clay tile mansard around the third level and Spanish Clay Tile clearstory roof at fourth level. An approximate 670 LF extensive internal gutter system exists at the second level below the tile mansard system. |
