Purchase and Installation of Well Pump and Motor

The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials necessary to perform the well pump replacement to meet the existing condition at Well 6 located in the Plant City WTP 2. The work shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Submit proposed bowl and column pipe assembly shop drawings for review. 2. Submit factory pump test results (non-witnessed). 3. Procure new well pump and column pipe assembly. 4. Remove and dispose of existing well pump. 5. Conduct video survey of well 6. Disinfect well per AWWA standard C654. 7. Install new pump and column pipe assembly, one (1) stainless steel tube (Food graded) transducer pipes to be strapped to the column pipe with stainless steel strapping. 8. Perform witnessed field operation and vibration tests to verify pump functionality.
