Description

The replacement of two fire alarm control panels at the Saugus Housing Authority's 667-1 and 667-2 Laurel Gardens developments. Re-use of all other system components. For Contracts exceeding $25,000, the Contractor shall provide the Owner with a 100% performance and payment (labor and materials) bonds in the form provided by the Department, executed by a surety licensed by the Commonwealth's Division of Insurance The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. completed within 90 consecutive calendar days. The work is estimated to cost $35,000. Bid Deposit - Not required.
