Construction Management Services

East 11th Street & Perry Avenue Complete Streets Project and Washington & 11th Street Roundabout Project: The work performed by the CONSULTANT consists of providing construction management, construction engineering, inspection, document controls, and administration services. The scope of these two projects, documentation, and tracking of costs, will be segregated. Each project will have its own independent schedule of delivery, but the combined duration of work for both projects is anticipated to be July 2022 through July 2023. Construction coordination between projects will be required. Below is a brief overview of the projects:

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Storm Drainage Structures.
