Description Belleayre Mountain Ski Center Overlook Lodge Expansion: Work includes site work, structural work, general construction, plumbing construction, and HVAC construction. The project consists of an addition of approximately 2,523 gross square feet. The existing wood deck will be removed and replaced with a new deck with locker room below. Work includes site work, structural work, general construction, plumbing construction, and HVAC construction as outlined herein and in the Construction Documents. The Owner will provide all electrical work. The Owner will also provide the lockers, benches, and painting. Contractors are to coordinate the Owners work with the construction schedule.
