Interstate 295 Southbound Bridge Joint replacements plus other incidental work. Location: In Cumberland County, project begins in the city of Portland on Interstate 295 approximately 1.2 miles southerly of the Falmouth town line and extending southerly to the city of South Portland. The following bridges will be included in the project: Portland: Tukey Bridge over Back Bay (No. 3088), 1295 SB / PTRR over Fore River (No. 6533), 1295 SB over Fore River (No.6534), 1295 SB over Congress & Park Streets (No. 6535), 1295 SB over St James Street (No. 6536), 1295 SB over PTRR (ST JOHN) (No. 6537), 1295 SB over St John Street (No. 6538), 1295 SB over Forest Avenue (No. 6539), 1295 SB over Preble Street (No. 6540), 1295 SB over Franklin Street (No. 6541), and 1295 SB over Fore River Parkway (No. 6556). South Portland: 1295 SB over State Route 703 (No. 1513) and 1295 SB over Westbrook Street (No. 6532).
