Repair of Queensgate Fuel Piping and Pump Replacement

The Work is for the installation and repair of fuel piping and pump replacement. Work Description: Work shall include but not limited to the following: • Saw-cut approximately 15’x30’ area around submerged pumps on 20K UST DIESEL Tanks. • Remove all concrete and dispose of properly off-site. • Excavate and expose existing tank sumps and submerged pump product lines. • Excavate and expose existing tank manifold line. • Furnish and install new tank sump tops if needed and replace all product piping inside sumps. • Replace existing Big-Flo submerged pumps with new FEPetro 5HP pumps or equivalent • Furnish and install new Big-Flow line leak detectors or equivalent, new ball valves and new flex hoses. • Work to include all associated electrical re-work inside tank sump areas for new pumps. • Re-work existing manifold line as required and tie into submerged pumps for maintaining syphon. • Backfill area upon completion and pour new 8” concrete reinforced pad. Re-set vapor manholes and spill containment manholes at proper grade levels. Drill, pin and lay ¾” rebar and concrete. • Saw-cut roughly 20’x24’ area of broken concrete over fuel access tunnel. Remove all concrete and dispose of properly off site.• Replace existing heavy duty Neenah 3x4 or equivalent access hatch and set in place prior to concrete slab replacement. Drill, pin and lay ¾” rebar and pour 8” concrete.
