RFP Design - Architectural and Engineering Services for New Elementary Schools

The purpose of this RFP is to identify and retain one or more qualified full-service Architecture / Engineering Teams (AEs) with extensive experience in the professional services outlined in the RFP. The RFP contains clear instructions pertaining to required submission materials, apportioned into four (4) separate uploads, each posted to BuildingConnected by the Respondent at the link above. All RFP Responses must also include the following, which are contained in the RFP: Notarized Affidavit of Compliance - Familial Disclosure Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form Certification Form Contractor Information Form All other Deliverables requested in the RFP Also note: Proposals delivered after the time and date posted above will not be opened or accepted. Hard Copy, Faxed, and/or E-mail proposals will not be opened or accepted. Ann Arbor Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals received, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the responses, and to accept a Proposal other than the lowest Proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
