Consultant Firm for Design of New City Fire Station

Provide professional engineering, planning and landscape architecture services This project consists of the design of a new Fire Station with living quarters for the City of Binghamton's main Fire house The project will include but not necessarily be limited to: Design of Fire Station to accommodate City fire trucks,ambulances, fire boats and equipment. Station to have living quarters, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and showers for City firefighters. Street landscaping and tree plantings. Traffic control devices for the leaving and returning of fire vehicles. A narrative overview of this project reveals that the firm selected will be involved in the following activities on behalf of the City: including but not limited to site survey, foundation design, structural design, architectural design, electrical design, civil design, landscape design, specifications, plans, bidding assistance, shop drawing reviews, construction inspection/review and ancillary services as necessary
