| Description | The basic scope of this project involves the removal and replacement of sealant and backer rod / bond breaker tape for floors 2 through 11 on the south face, west end of the existing building where specifically specified on the drawings and then painting of area pertaining to this scope of work. Scope includes repair of existing horizontal cracks in the wall area between the two inside corner conditions being repaired. Include an allowance for repair of five horizontal crack locations at 60 inches each in length. The exact locations of these crack repairs it to be determined during the project. |
