Provide and Install One (1) VRF Mini-Split System

This Work consists of installing one (1) VRF mini-split system manufactured by LG in the Communications Room at the Kraft Administration Center (KAC). This is a turn-key project so all materials, equipment, labor, and other components such as electrical wiring/ connections and condensate lines must be included as part of the quote. The unit will lay-in the center of the ceiling of the communication's room so any adjustments/repairs that need to be made with the tiles or grid must also be included in bid. Unit is to be stand-alone and not tied into BAS. Include an estimated lead time for the system and an estimated date for when you can perform the work in the quote as well.
