| Description | Deadline for submission of questions:8/8/2023 Provide a sample project plan that meets the scope of work of this solicitation and includes deliverables to be submitted for approval by the Texas Transportation commission. The respondent must propose the services as requested within the solicitation and must not descope the services that are being requested. Any assumptions that result in significant changes to or descoping of the SOW may result in the response being considered nonresponsive. No price data may be included in the assumptions. If the respondent does not have assumptions to the solicitation, please note this on the Assumptions Schedule document. The negotiations may include, but not be limited to Exceptions to the terms and conditions, pricing, or additional items within the scope of work based on the respondent's proposal. This SOW is to provide services for planning and developing TxDOT's strategic plan. The Vendor must collaborate with the Strategic Planning Division (STR) to deliver the strategic planning process and FY 25 - 29 Strategic Plan. |
