The UNF Board of Trustees is issuing a competitive solicitation to enter into an agreement with a Contractor, or Contractors, to supply and/or replace air filters across UNF campus.The University of North Florida Board of Trustees (UNF or University) is issuing a competitive solicitation for the supply and replacement of HVAC filters. The purpose of this ITB is to enable UNF to enter into an agreement with a Contractor or Contractors to supply and/or replace air filters across UNF campus. Deadline for Questions Wednesday, May 10, 2023 @ 12:00 PM UNF Bid Portal, Q&A Board Response to Questions Monday, May 15, 2023 UNF Bid Portal, Q&A Board Bidders may respond to one of the following: Base Bid, Bid Alternate 1, or Bid Alternate 2. The quality of all A/C filters shall be first line. All products shall meet applicable national, federal, state, and local codes. All products shall be approved. Where item requires certifications by an independent organization, such as underwriters laboratory, verification of such certifications must be furnished upon request. Air filters and filter media will be of the type designed for arresting particulate matter in air conditioning, heating, and ventilating systems used during the normal operation of existing equipment.
