The pipe for the CIPP installation shall be the westernmost 96-Inch Culvert. construction covered under this contract include, but are not limited to, culvert inspection and the installation of one 96-inch diameter x 110 foot length, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) tube, for the rehabilitation of the pipe
