M-115 Shoulder Milling/ Paving

M-115, Clam Lake Township, Wexford County, Michigan. The location of this project is along the southbound lane of M-115 in Clam Lake Township, Wexford County. The southern ending point of the project is approximately 500’ north of the intersection of M-115 and E 44 Rd, extending northwest approximately 415’. A portion of the existing shoulder has been removed at the proposed location.The intent of this work is to mill/trench and resurface the area where a portion of the shoulder was damaged by erosion. This work involves milling/trenching and paving of two courses of HMA 4E1 at 220 lbs/syd. each. (as directed by the Engineer) All millings will be property of contractor. The shoulder is to be placed at a width to match the existing shoulder, approximately 8.5’ wide.
