Demolition Services to dismantle and remove the Old Kelley Hospital Building (19,225sqf) and any associated fixtures and equipment. Williamsburg County is soliciting for sealed bids which will be publicly opened and read aloud for Demolition Services to dismantle and remove the Old Kelley Hospital building (19,225 square feet) and any associated fixtures and equipment as explained in the scope of work The approximate 1.2 acre site will also be cleared of all debris and site shall be in a state in which it is cleared, leveled and graded for future use. Williamsburg County (County) is soliciting for sealed bids which will be publically opened and read aloud for Demolition Services to dismantle and remove the Old Kelley Hospital building (19,225 square feet) and any associated fixtures and equipment as explained in the scope ofwork. Old Kelley Hospital is located at 110 West Mill Street, Kingstree, SC 29556. The approximate 1.2-acre site will also be cleared of all debris and the site shall be in a state in which it is cleared, leveled, and graded for friture use. Demolition and removal ofthe structure and all associated materials must be completed within ninety (90) days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Demolition may only occur between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:00PM Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays
