| Description | Well-qualified individuals, firms, or teams to design, procure, deliver, install, and configure a comprehensive audio-visual system for the temporary Town Council Chambers, located at 3801 S. Pine Island Road, Davie, FL 33328. The scope of the project is to install AV equipment that is used to facilitate public meetings, and display digital images, such as PowerPoint presentations and viewing of maps. The system must include control of audio and projection systems and be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all State of Florida accessibility requirements (collectively, “Accessibility Requirements”). Through this request, the Town’s objective is to receive design plans and the identification of system components for the purchase and installation of new AV equipment to meet accessibility needs. |
