| Description | The City of Methuen's Water Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors for Leak Detection-Correlation Services. All questions must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. An addendum of responses to questions will be emailed to all plan holders on file by 12:00 PM Thursday, April 13, 2023. The City of Methuen reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding if it is deeded to be in the best interest for the City to do so. No Bid may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of bids. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.
