The implementation of Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services during construction.For specifics on the use of CEI services by the City, see Section 4, Statement of Work. The ability to have a rotating list of CEI firms available to provide these services for various City departments would enable the City to effectively and efficiently manage the construction phase of these projects. The scope of services describes and defines the CEI services required for contract administration, inspection, and materials sampling and testing for the construction projects.
