Upstate CF is seeking bids to replace all tubes on a 600 HP Cleaver Brooks CBLE Fire-Tube Boiler. Scope of work: Furnish all materials and labor to complete the following per ASME and all other applicable code and standards, remove all existing boiler tubes, install new boiler tubes with same specifications as original, seal weld rear of second pass, bead and roll remainder tubes, hyrdotest per industry standards, provde R-1 form, remove old tubes and debris from facility.
