Wall Construction

Wall is approximate 47' LF x 22' tall. Two sets of doors are to be furnished and installed; 1st doors - one double door, 30 x 30 x 96, solid core doors, one of the doors having a flush bolt on the top and bottom of the door, metal frame, City will provide the handle; second door - one man door 30 x 70 solid core door, metal frame. Wall is to be constructed using 6", 20 gauge metal studs. Wall is to be insulated with R-15 Batt, Provide two electrical outlets on each side of the wall, 5/8" sheet rock on both sides, one coat of primer, two coats of paint. To construct two walls in the City Civic Center and one wall in Public Works Facility. The City reserves the right to award each area to a different contractor or award to only one contractor based upon an overall low, whichever is in the best interest of the City.
