| Description | Summary of Work: Remove existing roofing materials and dispose of materials as required by law and regulations in a proper manner. Inspect the existing roofing deck system for signs of damage Dry-in with an underlayment for metal roofs such as Titanium UDL or an approved equal product Underlayment for ice and water shield Install a new 5-V metal roof system using 24ga. Steel panels secured to the deck using screws with sealing washers. Install flexible flashing “boots” at all plumbing vent pipes. Custom fabricate and install a stainless steel “header” flashing to complete with soldered corners and similar objects when multiple seams are disrupted. All required equipment, scaffolding, hoisting devices and all safety equipment Clean up roofing related debris will be daily with a thorough construction clean up after completion installation of a new metal roof. |
