Description

Fixed Limit of Construction Cost: Phase I- $700,000 Phase II- $525,000 The Project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems and improvements of the Main Campus Building at the Pueblo Community College (Southwest Campus) located in Mancos, Colorado. The work includes removal of the existing roofing system and installation of new insulation and single ply membrane and metal roofing systems as scheduled on the Phase I and Phase II roof areas of the building. The work also includes the installation of structural insulated panels (SIPs) on the main roof, minor structural work and miscellaneous mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.
