Description

The Contractor shall furnish all materials and labor, equipment, tools and other facilities and services, as required for the construction of the improvements. The improvements to be performed at the corn crib include removing and replacing the slate roof, replacing the existing window, replacing missing/rotted wood siding, joists, corner posts, and doors, painting exterior, demo of lean-to, as well as replacing the foundation and rebuilding the stairs. Improvements at the hay barn include replacing the metal roof, replacing missing/rotted wood siding, rebuilding two barn doors, and painting the exterior.
