Repairs to Fire Station No. 1

The City of Clifton is prohibited from publicly opening bids on Mondays or any day directly following a State or Federal holiday, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4(a) and 40A:11-23 a and b. General Description of the Repairs to Fire Station No. 1: Furnish all labor and materials in order to provide repairs to a one-story masonry building for Fire Station No. 1. Obtaining Specification Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action as specified . The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, including fuel power, water, and performing all work as required in the Statement of Work in the contract, in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules and drawings, all of which are made a part hereof, and including such detail drawings as may be furnished by the ENGINEER from time to time during the prosecution of the work in explanation of said drawings.
