The Byron Johnson Park Improvements

The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes the Byron Johnson Park Improvements consisting of reconstruction and resurfacing of the parking lot and roadway, stormwater improvements, concrete and belgian block curbing, concrete sidewalk and concrete steps, gazebo painting, asphalt trail improvements, playground edging, ADA improvements, lighting replacement, basketball courts reconstruction, tennis courts resurfacing, and reconstruction of the trash enclosure and other associated items as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
