Scope of Work: The “Public Parking Lot” portion of the project generally consists of grading, soil stabilization, storm drain installation, curb and gutter installation, paving, striping, and signing. The “Sanitary Sewer” portion of the project generally consists of trenching, installing a 6” sanitary sewer line, backfilling, and paving/patching and restriping an existing parking area.
