Controlled Access Doors - 3 Buildings

This bid is for a turn-key installation of controlled access doors at three County buildings which will operate on the County’s proximity card door system. 1. Weld County currently operates a keyless access system using ICT Protégé GX Software. 2. The new system must be an Electronic Access Control / Keyless Entry system that provides a uniform platform using the following: A. ICT Protégé GX • Software Version: 4.3.270.13 • Data Server: 4.3.270.13 B. Event Servers D. Controller • Software Version: 4.3.270.13 C. Download Servers • Software Version: 4.3.270.13 D. Controller Software • Current Version 2.08 911 J1B5 3. Weld County intends to add proximity-style keyless entry systems to three additional buildings in Greeley (shown in attached PowerPoint document). A. 1111 H Street 14 doors B. 1250 N. 17th Avenue 14 doors C. 2329 115th Avenue 13 doors 4. Included in the scope of work will be door override buttons for up to 10 of these doors. 5. Additional licenses for all doors in this scope must be provided in the bid. 6. Included in the scope of work is having electricians wire 120 VAC power to the new equipment. 7. Network connections will be provided by Weld County. 8. Contractor must provide full hardware installation as well as a full integrated solution into the ICT Protégé GX Software. 9. Contractor is expected to design and install the solution for a fully operational system. 10. Contractor must provide references of providing similar scope of work on several projects using the Protégé GX platform. 11. Contractor may be assigned additional projects of the same nature through a contract amendment. Contractor shall provide a cost breakdown of equipment items to be used as a baseline for additional work, if selected by Weld County.
