City Park Toilet Expansion

The existing toilet facility will be expanded to include more fixtures for each gender as well as an accessible family toilet room. Work includes demolition of existing fixtures, masonry walls, and roof structure followed by the construction of new walls, installation of new fixtures and construction of a complete new roof structure. The existing facility is 460 sf and the addition area is 538 sf for a total project area of 998 sf.The existing facility is a single wythe, split-faced masonry building with wood framed truss roof. Existing foundations are concrete frost wall. New foundations will match existing. Interior walls and privacy partitions are painted masonry. New construction will match existing for materials and masonry finishes. The facility is designed for passive ventilation and is unheated. Plumbing and electrical systems will be delivered as design / build services provided through the General Contractor.
